- Cancellation Policy
1.1 For One-Time Services:
- You may cancel a one-time service order at any time before work has begun.
- If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, you will be charged for the portion of work completed.
1.2 For Ongoing Services:
- For ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid billing period.
1.3 How to Cancel:
To cancel a service, please contact our support team at [email protected] or through your account dashboard. Please provide your account details and the reason for cancellation.
- Refund Policy
2.1 For One-Time Services:
- If you’re unsatisfied with a completed one-time service, you may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery.
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
2.2 For Ongoing Services:
- We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of that cycle.
2.3 Exceptions:
- In cases of technical issues on our end that result in service unavailability for more than 24 consecutive hours, we may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
